My name is Kenny Baker and I have been a Professional Mortgage loan originator since 1996. During this time I have run two successful mortgage companies. Currently the Branch Manager for Home1st Lending, LLC in Fort Myers, Florida for the past 16 years. I am 57 years old and the father to two adult daughters and Grandfather too 3 and soon to be 4th grandkid. I am a member of Grace Methodist Church and my faith guides every aspect of my life. I have an extensive background in personal and business growth and development. I take my career very serious and spend countless hours on education and staying abreast of industry changes. I consider myself an expert in the mortgage industry. What separates me from the pack is that I am your primary point of contact. Although I have an amazing support staff I over see the complete process of each client I work with.
